VIVI

OPENED 179 DAYS AGO

London’s iconic skyscraper Centre Point reopens with restaurant VIVI.

After an extensive refurbishment, Centre Point launches VIVI with a menu to suit any occasion.

VIVI - Bar

The Spot:

The whole space is divided into four different dining and drinking areas (VIVI dining room, VIVI bar, VIVI liquid lounge and The Gallery), though the 1960s is a re-occurring theme throughout. Think dogtooth fabrics, photography highlighting the fashions and a combination of pink and turquoise furnishings, with a British menu of nostalgic dishes to match.

VIVI - liquid lounge

The Food:

VIVI’s dining room brings out comforting places of chicken kiev (served with mash), twice-baked soufflé filled with Keen’s cheddar, and truffle and wild mushroom strudel. VIVI’s bar menu follows suit, serving small snacks such as craveable coronation chicken beignets, cauliflower cheese croquettes, and even sweets like wagon wheels and a bag of doughnuts (yes please!).

VIVI - cocktails and snacks

The Drinks:

VIVI Bar takes inspiration from the 1960s too, bringing you music-themed cocktails such as “Rolling in brown sugar” (Champagne, rum, Martini, jasmine and brown sugar) and the “Dazed and Confused” (Tequila, kumquat liqueur, orange blossom and grapefruit). But it’s not all old-school throwbacks: the Liquid Lounge is your destination for smoothies and post-gym power shakes, while The Gallery pairs a British afternoon tea with views of the always-bustling Oxford Street below.

The Damage:

Dinner plates range from £9 to £25; bar snacks are priced at around £6.5; cocktails are £7-£12.

VIVI - arctic roll

In a Nutshell:

VIVI might be all about the 1960s, but we’re happy to see some modern elements in there too. It’s practically illegal to launch a restaurant without weekend brunch, and yes there’s smashed avocado on sourdough toast, vegan granola bowls and bottomless bubbles.

For their soft launch, VIVI is offering 25% off food when you pre-book your table (offer applicable until Feb 24).
