Bringing together artisan food producers, street food vendors and mixologists as well as highly-respected chefs, the five-day event will be serving up some of the UK’s best food and drink under one roof — and all in the name of celebrating the best in Christmas food.

Broken down into helpful foodie bites, highlights of the show include The Larder, Late Night Thursday, The Drinks Station, Artisan Producers Market, The Great Eat, and The Foodie Stage, where top chefs and experts will be bringing their cooking to life on stage. The festival brings together all facets of food and drink, including chefs who will be demonstrating live throughout the event.

Notable names bringing their expertise to the stage include Candice Brown of The Great British Bake Off, Laura Petersen, Head Pastry Chef of The Coal Shed & The Salt Room, author Olly Smith, and Steven Lamb of River Cottage.
