The gang behind Borough’s El Pastor are opening their own taco bar and tortilla factory, just round the corner from Maltby Street Market. One for the gin fanatics; The Distillery (inside London’s famous Gin Hotel) is opening a new sister bar and restaurant at Exmouth Market this April, ‘Tonica by The Distillery’, serving up tasty tapas, wines and a gin-heavy cocktail list. There’ll be a nice little alfresco drinking area, where you can soak up the iconic Exmouth Market vibe, while sipping on the bar’s signature Gin and Tonic Plus – a mash-up of the classic G&T and an elaborate gin cocktail.
